Maybe one of your new year resolutions includes the dream to increase your creativity or learn some new skills. Like to try art journaling but can’t draw? Like to try art journaling don’t really know how to to started? I am very excited to announce that I am finally launching my art journaling workshops from my north Brisbane home. Yay!
My art journaling workshops aren’t drawing based nor do they require previous art experience. All workshops are fun, messy, detailed step by step, focussed on each individual and a great way to meet new people.
My two starter workshops are: Art Journaling for People Who Can’t Draw and Art Journaling as Worship. Both workshops suit people with no prior art experience or those who dabble in art already or artists whose art journal pages are all beginning to look a bit the same.
We will cover the basics of design, layout, colour and basic art journal techniques. We get hands on with art supplies and equipment, exploring each tool and how to use them. Techniques include acrylic paints, ink sprays, stencilling, collage, tags and journaling with meaning.
Want a custom workshop based around some of my pages published on my blog? Done. Contact me and we’ll talk it out. More info on all my workshops and my contact details can be found here.
