We call her Nat the Rat, but under the mischief is a self confident young woman who lives life to the full.  Happy birthday sweetie, we all think you are awesome.  As per family tradition we all take the day off school and work to celebrate birthdays.

The birthday girl got to pick the days activity and we ended up at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, no surprise there!

They have a new high ropes course open and she was the only one of the 3 kids tall enough to do it, so Brad and her had some daddy & daughter time up high. They are on the top platform in this pic above.

I can’t remember the last time i bought a birthday cake but this year i decided that because we were out and about i’d buy an ice-cream cake. Delicious and fun to eat!

Stopped at a lookout for some family pics and fun.

Then back to Currumbin to feed the lorikeets, what a scream.  Apart from the scratched arms and birdie doo doo on our shirts it was terrific fun.

This year we went out for tea for everyone’s birthday, Nat chose Thai and her expression on this photo summed up our night out!  We are all exhausted but they went to bed with a smile.  Nat, you are priceless to me! Beautiful inside and out!

I stayed up til 1am this morning sewing one of her pressies and i am still not finished, will post more tomorrow after i have slept so my sentences will be coherent. Good night all!

Wow, how did she get so grown up so quickly!

It looks like she had a great day.

One of A’s birthday presents has been turned into a Christmas gift. I just couldn’t get it done in time…
