my two girls are pretty much both tom boys, in fact i can scarcely talk one into a dress or skirt.  So when they dressed up for no reason and wanted to have a tea party, i grabbed the camera and set up these shots.

they did their hair all prettyand ran bare footed through the grass, twirling their skirts and giggling before settling down for blackberry tea.

two uninvited guests showed up in feathery petticoats and stole the scene

i always encourage my kids to play, to not grow up too quickly, to just be themselves,

for adulthood will come soon enough.

and that is that.

    Very pretty dresses!
It’s a shame kids are in such a hurry to grow up. Being an adult is so overrated! I’m trying to keep my little girl as much of a little girl as I can too.

Your photos are priceless! I love spontaneous photo shoots. Your family is precious and I am praying God will reveal His plan for your families future soon. Wish we lived closer and maybe we will have to wait until heaven. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. God is leading day by day and we trust Him always.

    Love and Blessings,
